Unlock Your Future In Network Marketing With A Perfect Invitation

By Eric Worre

Over the past 30 years, I have gathered and documented hundreds of ideas and strategies for presenting an invitation.  The invitation is the first step in creating a powerful income stream in your business leveraging on the curiosity of people.

Leveraging your story to relate to others and help them solve problems is the most powerful tool we have.  Both of these tools are housed within the invitation.

You see – chances are – you done something, achieved something, or been through something that many others can relate to.  Perfecting the story you tell about your life can possibly help other people going through the same thing.

Maybe you were a teacher, maybe you were a factory worker, maybe you were an insurance salesman, whatever your story is, it will relate to a person you are inviting to your opportunity.

BUT… 1. Maybe you are paralyzed by your own perfection. 2. Maybe you’ve tried to invite people to your opportunity and been shot down. 3. Maybe you have already invested time and money into learning how to invite someone to your business. 4. And maybe, just maybe, there’s a little voice of doubt in the back of your head telling you can’t do it.

If you hear a voice like that then…

I want to train you on how to invite people to your business.  In this blog article, I am going to give you the first steps you will need to peak people’s interest.  I am going to give you some techniques used by the best to relate to other people on a whole new level.  Let’s get started.

No invitation should be considered unless you have identified your prospects.  Who are they, where do they live, where do they work, how much money do they make, are they married, etc…  You should know exactly the type of person you are looking for.  If you have not defined your avatar take a moment and do it now.

Most people think that in order to offer a proper invitation you need a substantial influence.  I hear it all the time, “the only reason you can do it is that everyone already knows who you are.”  When I first started in Network Marketing I didn’t know anyone.  I had 18 jobs straight out of high school.  I was no one’s prize.  But day after day I invited people to my business.  I was terrible at it at first, but then I got a little better and a little better.  Before I knew it people were saying yes and teaming up with me.

STEP #1 – YOU DON’T NEED TO BE SOMEONE FROM THE START.  YOU DON’T NEED INFLUENCE.  ALL YOU NEED IS GUTS.

When we first get into Network Marketing we think that everyone is going to jump at our opportunity.  We are told that all you have to do is sign up 5 people and they will sign up 5 and so on.  If you have been in Network Marketing for more than 2 minutes you realize this is not true.  The key is to realize early on that few will take you up on your offer and most won’t.

STEP #2 – REALIZE EARLY ON, IT’S A NUMBERS GAME.  FEW WILL JOIN YOU IN YOUR BUSINESS AND MOST WON’T.  EVERY PERSON THAT TELLS YOU NO GETS YOU CLOSER TO A PERSON THAT WILL SAY YES.

Each and every one of us has a decision to make.  Are we going to turn this into a career that lasts a lifetime or are we going to get in make a scratch and get out?  If you decide on the later you can feel free to hunt everyone around you.  Pull out your gun and shoot at everything that moves.  Don’t nurture the relationship and realize that your career is going to be hard work, short-lived, and annoying.  If you decide to create a career out of your Network Marketing business put your gun away and get out your ears.  You have to listen to people.  You have to get to know people and their situations.  You have to build relationships.

STEP #3 – START BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND STOP HUNTING TARGETS.

Time is going to continue to pass.  Your profits will either go up, go down, or remain the same.  However, if you never take the time to master the invitation you are going to become frustrated just like I did.  After three or four years in this business, I found myself more frustrated than ever.  I almost gave up.  But then, a mentor of mine told me I was going about it all wrong.  He told me to stop hunting and start listening.  I took his advice and pushed through.

STEP #4 – ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF FRUSTRATION IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY.  PUSH THROUGH AND YOU DISCOVER WHAT LIES AHEAD FOR YOU.

I hope this article finds you well.  I hope you can take these 4 steps and use them to start mastering your invitation.
